"Looked a bit off to me"
I tried it out and the results just didn’t look quite right. Parts seemed kind of warped, and there was a jittery effect that showed up often. It was close to what I expected, but overall it felt a little too unstable for me.

"Fun to play with, but the cost adds pressure"
I had a good time trying Runway out, and it’s definitely a cool tool, but the pricing stressed me out a bit. The credits disappear faster than I expected, and I kept feeling pressured to either stop experimenting or pay more before I’d really done much. For someone using it casually, it’s hard to justify a monthly subscription. I like what it can do, but it doesn’t feel like the best value for me right now.

"Not reliable enough for client work"
I tried using Runway for a client project, it just didn’t feel dependable enough. The plans and usage limits were confusing, exports took way longer than I expected, and the costs started stacking up quickly. What really annoyed me were the little policy loopholes and vague limits that make it feel like you only find out what’s restricted after you’re already in the middle of a project. It’s fun to experiment with, but I wouldn’t rely on it for paid work.

"Support should do better"
I had an issue with my account and reached out to support, but days passed without any real response. It felt like I was just being ignored. I get that companies can be busy, but when someone needs help, the right thing to do is at least acknowledge them and follow through. Frustrating experience.

"Clips were often blurry"
A lot of my clips came out blurry or just looked kind of weird, which was frustrating. I feel like other customers would probably expect clearer, more consistent results too.

"I think the tool itself is…"
I think the tool itself is fine overall, but the subscription setup didn’t really fit how I use it. Some months I need it a lot, and other months barely at all, so I was hoping it’d be easier to pause or downgrade for a while. Instead, it felt more restrictive than I expected. For what it costs, I personally would’ve liked a little more flexibility and control. It’s not a bad service, just frustrating if you’re not using it consistently every month.

"I want to love it, but it keeps letting me down"
I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while, so I really wanted this to be another easy win. when it works, it’s cool. But I’ve had way too many crashes and renders getting stuck for me to ignore it. I keep giving it another chance because I like the brand, but it’s starting to get frustrating.

"The updates kind of made things worse for me"
After the new updates, I feel like the app got more confusing instead of better. Some of the new features seem cool at first, but then I try to use them and—wait, why did that just glitch? It just feels buggier than before, and I keep having to figure out where things went.

"Not worth it for me"
My snap judgment after trying it was that most of the templates felt random and not all that useful. I ended up spending more time fixing things than actually making something good, which got frustrating fast

I keep running into bugs pretty much every time I use it, and it’s getting reaaally annoying. I want to like it, but having issues pop up every session is just frustrating

"I thought it was cool when I…"
I thought it was cool when I first started using it, but after a while I felt like I was constantly fighting with it to get the exact shots I wanted. The settings are limited, and the results can change way too much from one try to the next. Some of the extra guesswork feels unnecessary when all I want is a bit more creative control.

"Couldn’t Get It to Follow Simple Requests"
I tried using it for some video-related stuff, and it was hit or miss. The models kept messing up small details, and sometimes it felt like even basic requests were being ignored. On top of that, the credits ran out way faster than I expected. Frustrating overall.

Canceling ended up being way more annoying than it needed to be. The whole process felt avoidable if they had just made the steps clearer and easier to get through.

"Pretty frustrating to use"
The cuts kept lagging like crazy, and when I finally exported it, my edits came out all messed up. Kinda annoying after spending time on it

"Rendering Is Really Slow"
I’ve been using it for a bit, but the rendering takes forever for me. It slows down my workflow a lot, and I usually end up just waiting around instead of getting things done. it’s frustrating because I want to like it, but the long render times leave me feeling disappointed.

"Same problem again with text-to-video"
I was really hoping it would work this time, but it’s the same issue again. The prompts were basically ignored, and the clips came out looking mushy, weird, and nothing like what I asked for. Frustrating at this point.

"The motion just didn’t feel believable to me"
I gave RunwayML a shot for a few short video clips, the motion was the thing that kept pulling me out of it. I’ll admit I’m picky about realistic movement, but people would kind of slide around, hands would twitch or jump, and the camera movement had this floaty look that didn’t feel natural to me.

For quick experiments or rough ideas, I can see how it might be useful. But if you care about motion looking real, I personally think it falls apart quickly. I ended up spending more time trying to hide the weird parts than actually using the clips.

"I’ve been using the service for a…"
I’ve been using the service for a bit and overall it’s been okay, but the billing part kind of confused me. I didn’t immediately understand what I was being charged for or when certain charges were applied. Everything else seemed normal, then suddenly I’m staring at the invoice like, wait, seriously? It would really help if the charges were explained more clearly upfront.

"I tried using Runway for some basic…"
I tried using Runway for some basic video stuff, but i couldn’t not feel lost right away. The menus felt kind of scattered, and I kept clicking around just to find simple tools. Some features looked cool, but half the time I didn’t really know what they were supposed to be doing. It wasn’t not confusing, especially as a beginner. I ended up giving up quickly.

"Account settings were kind of a pain"
trying to manage my account was frustrating... stuff was hard to find and when I reached out to support it took way too long to hear back
